Responsibilities:

• Handle premier customers’ enquiries by phone/email
• Identify customers’ needs and provide excellent customer services to them
• Assist customers to redeem travel/lifestyle/membership rewards
• Handle bookings in professional manner

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years’ work experiences in luxury hotel/lifestyle companies/premier customer service
• High Diploma Holder, equivalent or above
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
