Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology related projects by leading, coaching and coordinating with user departments effectively.
• Perform strategic decision making for appropriate technology for the Company’s overall development and infrastructure projects.
• Define project scope, approach, budget and timeline.
• Monitor schedules of all operating units for data processing, computer services, network communications, hardware and infrastructure, and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing information technology systems and software packages if appropriate.
• Maintain new developments in information systems technology, and develop plans for future upgrades and application changes.
• Govern the information and data integrity of the Company.
• Lead and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
• At least 10-year of relevant experience in managerial position.
• Experience in using ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, CSS, Javascript.
• Retail / Shopping Mall / Department Store experience highly preferred.
• Strong project management, interpersonal and people management skills.
• Solid experience in program development and system support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to provide quick resolution to problems.
• Achievement oriented; able to demonstrate leadership ability and provide effective coaching for staff development.
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is preferred.
