Responsibilities:

• Conduct end to end procurement processes including tender, RFQ, contract renewal, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and for group central procurement 
• Manage contract / PR database and document copies and issue monthly contract renewal report to BUs
• Contract and Commercial negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best value for the group
• Conduct vendor management to ensure all vendors meet Company standards
• To ensure integrity and ethics are sustained throughout the procurement process
• Guide and supervise team members to ensure their tasks align with established procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably in Supply Management / Hotel Management / Facilities Management / Property Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations
• Strong negotiation, influencing and commercial skills
• Effective leadership and change management skills
• Numerate and with good computer skills
• A responsible, detail-oriented, independent and self-motivated individual
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
