Responsibilities:

• Provide first level Microsoft office, O365, business productivity tools and support
• Conference setup MS Teams, Zoom
• Provide first-level daily support on both network, desktop hardware & software problem
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to users
• Installation of new Printer, PC hardware and software
• Provide VPN client, mobile device and network access support
• Provide PC building for new joiners or new PC- via SCCM
• Familiar in Office 365 support, authentication
• Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above on IT
• 2 years of relevant support experience
• Good Problem Diagnosis skill
• Good technical skill in PC desktop aspects
• Effective communication and good people skill
