Role Overview

As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing the performance of our crypto products. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing user growth, engagement metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product performance metrics, including user growth, retention, and engagement
• Analyze user feedback, market data, and competitive intelligence to uncover insights and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to prioritize and implement product enhancements
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs
• Communicate product updates and performance data to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the crypto industry
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager, preferably in the crypto/fintech industry
• Proven track record of growing user base and product adoption
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools
• Understanding of crypto technologies, blockchain, and the broader digital asset ecosystem
• Passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Technical background or understanding of software development
• Understanding of user research, design thinking, and product marketing
