Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for managing product test and certificates
  • Assist in sourcing, forecast planning and logistics planning
  • Work closely with internal and external parties for testing and purchasing issues including but not limited to manage PO, order delivery & certificates etc
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or above with 2 years relevant experience in purchasing or relevant industry is preferable
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, and knowledge in ERP system will be an advantage
  • Detail-minded and hardworking
  • Self-motivated, efficient, flexible and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is preferred
