Our client “European Gondola Systems Company Limited” is seeking a Maintenance Manager/ Assistant Maintenance Manager to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

• Manage building maintenance staff and lead technical staff to deliver safe, reliable and cost effective operation and maintenance services.
• To establish and implement plans for safety / health / environmental / sustainability issues to inline with company objectives.
• Perform staff management to meet organization and company needs.
• Periodically review technicians’ performance to maintain the required quality standards and conditions.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Manage procurement, contracts and projects / works under the portfolio.

Who are they looking for?

• Degree holder or above in Building Services or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge and understanding of all applicable practices and techniques, project controls and safety regulations.
• Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management.
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in repair & maintenance works with 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook. 
• Working knowledge and understanding of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems.
