Green Island Cement Company Limited is a local leading cement manufacturer and distributor of cement and cementitious products in Hong Kong. Duties:

• Responsible for overall operation of the Operations Division; plan and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure proper use of resources to achieve optimum efficiency, availability and the standard on Safety, Environmental and Quality are maintained.
• Establish continuous monitoring, controls to improve the operation in terms of operation efficiency, production cost, safety, environmental protection and quality assurance.
• Provide technical support to identify and resolve technical and operational problems.
• Provide engineering advice for on-going or enhancement projects to ensure project work being completed according to their specifications and within scheduled time frame.
• Comply with the established in-house safety and health rules and regulations, and the policies of the Company as well as the licensing and regulatory requirements of The Government of the HKSAR.
• Other ad hoc assignment as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• 15 years' or above working experience in industrial production or operation. At least 10 years in supervisory / managerial level.
• Substantial experience in manufacturing sector or heavy industry.
• Minimum University graduate in Engineering or Technical disciplines with knowledge in the field construction materials, especially in cement manufacturing industry preferably.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
