Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for various brands under the group’s portfolio. This includes creating brand identity, managing brand messaging, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Drive sales and revenue growth for multi brands. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increasing sales and profitability.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline. This includes managing social media campaigns, organizing events and promotions, and overseeing the creation of marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research to gather insights into customer behavior, preferences, and pain points. Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving marketing strategies and product offerings.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of marketing initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and manage high-quality content for the company's marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports for management and other stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing, with solid experience in F&B industry 
• A change agent and attentive to the market trend
• Creative, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
• Independent and entrepreneurial with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Good commend of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
