Job Description

• Certificate / Diploma or above, preferably in property/ facility management or other relevant disciplines 
• 3 years experience in Property/ Facility Management
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
• PMP (Tier 2) Licence holder is preferred
• The successful candidate will be responsible for handling property/ facility management duties and residents’ complaints / enquiries, general clerical works, and other ad hoc duties assigned by site manager
