Our client is a mass-market menswear brand, and they are looking for a marketing manager to join their marketing and communication team. This person will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager to support the HK marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Formulate marketing objectives and strategies
• Controls and implements the approved budgets and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Lead the execution of key marketing strategies including planning, implementation, effect analysis, reporting
• Establish marketing campaign measurement methodology, set goals, and analyses metrics to deliver insightful reports that demonstrate growth impact
• Work closely with cross departments to create a best-in-class integrated customer journey from lead to new customer to ongoing engagement, review campaign roadmaps and prioritization of implementations based
• Collaborate with internal partners as well as interactive with external partners for partnership, marketing communications and campaign opportunities
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-commence or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' experience in marketing/branding, solid experience in retail or FMCG industry, candidates with apparel retail will be an advantage
• Proven track record in driving effective marketing/brand strategy with a hands-on approach
• Solid experience in partnering with different parties in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with an objective and result-oriented mindset
• Strong project management, analytical skill and sensitive to number
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Outstanding leadership, presentation and people skills with a solution-oriented mindset
