Responsibilities:

• Implement client engagement activities and marketing campaigns so as to promote insurance products tailored to the needs of specific client segments.
• Closely work with the marketing team to create compelling content for campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and consistent brand messaging.
• Work with the Client Experience team to identify client segments and design corresponding client journey experiences.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and monitor the performance of the campaign, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and organizing client events.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improving client engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign responses and feedback for evaluation and analysis.

Requirements:

• Solid 5 years or above campaign management experience in insurance industry
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including excel) and experience using marketing automation software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
