Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end resourcing processes for frontline F&B talents from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals and networking events.
• Conduct phone screens, F2F interviews, and assessments to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Explore different recruitment channels and monitor the effectiveness
• Establish and maintain the database of candidates
• Provide regular recruitment reports
• Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  Requirements
• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in F&B/ Hospitality industry 
• Able to work independently and under a fast pace environment
•  A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
• Attention to details with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills 
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Talent Acquisition Specialist
