Job Duties
 

• To provide customer care services, handle enquiries / complaints
• To perform administrative and clerical support duties
• Responsible as CS support of receiving the phone call from the internal users and clients via phone and email support
• Maintain good customer relationship

Responsibilities 
 

• 1 year of relevant experience
• MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing 
• Conversational Cantonese, Basic Mandarin and English
• Good communication and customer service skills
