Your skills and experience 

• Design, implementation and Commissioning of infrastructure-related projects 
• Conduct Switches Configuration 
• Prepare Test Specification, Test Report and overall test plan for the overall networking 
• Develop O&M Manual and provide networking training to customer 
• Carry out system checking, performance checking 
• Analyze and trouble shooting of network problems 
• Coordinate and manage of networking subcontractor 
• Attend warranty calls from customer during night when necessary (Standby) 

 Requirements

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering / Information Engineering / Computer Engineering or related disciplines 
• A minimum of 5 years’ technical support experience in switches / routers / load balancers / bandwidth controller / network design & testing / IT network administration & support / Wi-Fi AP 
• Strong knowledge in network protocols, such as TCP/IP, VPN, LAN, WAN, Dynamic Routing (E.g.  OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc.) and Switching, as well as other infrastructure security technologies, such as firewall, NGFW, NAT, IPS  
• Experience on MTR Network would be an advantage 
• Knowledge in major network products such as HP, H3C, Cisco and Huawei switches, preferably Huawei switches configuration 
• CCNA/CCNP and other network & security certification is an advantage, CCIE or HCIE is highly preferable 
• A team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Independent, responsible, responsive, hardworking, self-discipline, self-motivated and willing to learn
