The job

Responsibilities:

•Handle motor insurance claims independently
•Negotiate with Claimants to achieve settlement
•Experience in attending Small claims Tribunal is preferable
•Handle claims related enquiries and provide claims service to clients

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree major in Law, Business, Insurance, Finance or related discipline
•Pass in IIQE exam, Paper I, II & III
•At least 2 years’ experience in handling motor or general insurance claims
•Experience in Defendant law firms are also welcomed
•Good understanding of Motor Insurance claims
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good interpersonal skills and under pressure
•Good spoken and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
