Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to explore potential card acquisition venue for targeted customer segment;
• Coordinate and implement card acquisition activities including new card; product launch; and report acquisition result on event, weekly and monthly basis;
• Manage and recruit promoter team in supporting card acquisition events; 
• Lead the promoter team to achieve card acquisition target.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably majoring in Marketing or Business;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial field, sales and marketing, product management of retail banking or credit card products;
• Experienced in managing a sales team is preferable;
• Participation in credit card promotion that occasionally requires working on weekends / public holidays;
• Good team player and detail-oriented;
• Innovative and business-minded with excellent marketing skills;
• Independent, highly organized, self-initiated;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
