Nature One Dairy - Hong Kong (a subsidiary of Nature One Dairy) is dedicated to producing only the highest quality powdered and liquid milk products. The high quality of the products and prominent efficacy in solving various adult health problems have been affirmed and recommended by health experts, professional athletes, and consumers.
About the Position
This is an exciting lead role that offers an opportunity to have a substantial impact on business growth through leading, coaching and developing a team of up to 45 promoters, operating across various channels in Hong Kong. The position is responsible for delivering and achieving sales and event management activities and goals, including training and development, and implementation of a rewarding incentive scheme.
Key Responsibilities -
- Monitor and lead 30 – 45 promoters to achieve sales targets
- Allocate promoters to assigned locations, manage sales performance, and maintain promoter work schedule and daily operation
- Prepare sales and product training materials and conduct training to promoters
- Prepare various reports and sales analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis, and provide regular market updates
- Conduct regular site visit and follow up all the execution are up to standard
- Coordinate roadshows and exhibitions.
Due to the nature of the position and the business, you will be required to travel to, and work at, client and prospective client sites, and frequent visits to promoters to foster a close working relationship.
Key Requirements -
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in promoter management or retail operations.
- Experience in health food will be preferred
- Well-organised, good interpersonal skills and attentive to details
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC skills and MS Office
- Immediate available is preferred.
Less experience will be considered as Promoter Supervisor.
