Job Description
NES Fircroft is partnering with an international restaurant group looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager, L&D to plan and implement training manual for internal staff according to global training framework. You will be the key driver in the group to promote values, culture, and behaviours. You will have the authority to hold interactive workshops, on-the job training, digital content, and learner resources in Asia. Collaborating with the global team, you will be part of the major team play to design and facilitate Learning and development in the group.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of Learning and Development experience in F&B industry
- Regional exposure is an advantage
- Proactive team player who constantly think outside the box to better internal training manual
- Excellent communicator who can deliver the training in both Chinese and english
- Experienced in working with Franchise partners
- Immediately Available.
