Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and business objectives, offering strategic advice on how to leverage technology effectively.
• Collaborate with technical staff to design and implement IT systems and networks. This includes supporting new technology implementation and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Train users on new systems, troubleshoot technical problems, and suggest improvements to enhance technology utilization.
• Convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner, both in presentations and interactions with clients.
• Ensuring that technology drives business success by addressing unique client requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT service provision, including system support and network securities.
• Extensive knowledge in the one of the below products: Palo Alto, Cisco Ironport, Cisco ISE, Cyberark, Zscaler.
• Certification holders are preferred.
• Solid communication skills, fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
