We invite the high calibre for the following position:

Responsibilities

• Provide IT and system supports for company, including installation and trouble-shoot system servers, workstations and laptops.
• Responsible for system server OS, configuration, version upgrade, system patching, server/system security, regular system backup and maintenance.
• Respond to user requests in office and visit remote locations for assistance. 
• Liaise with suppliers on purchasing IT and telecom devices & facilities.
• Co-work with vendors to perform IT project activities.
• Keep documents of all estimations and project progress.   
• Maintain IT asset inventories, ensuring records are accurate and kept up-to-date

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines. 
• 3 years+ relevant experience of system and helpdesk support.
• Firewall (Watch Guard, FortiGate), Wifi controller (Aruba).
• Virtual infrastructure environment (VMware), cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and NAS, 
• Networking (LAN/WAN/VPN/VLAN), TCP/IP, networking switch administration, infrastructure & security.
• Windows Server and AD, DNS administration.
• Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/Mac/iOS/Android).
• Experience in MS Exchange Server/MS Exchange online.
• Knowledge on telecom system, CCTV & alarm security system.
• Good command of English & Mandarin language.
• Well-organized, communicative, logic mind.
