Job Title: Corporate HSSE Officer (1 Year Contract, Oil & Gas, Hong Kong)

About Role & Client:

Our client is a reputable multinational Oil and Gas Company is currently looking for a Corporate HSSE Officer for a 1-year contract, subject to renewal.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate Safety Management Audit and other external/Group audits/reviews to meet Legislative/Group requirements when required
• Consolidate and verify HSSE performance results from all business and function monthly
• Execute HSSE plan such as performance consolidation, HSSE technical forum meeting minutes keeping, half yearly HSSE communication meeting, maintenance of HSSE incentive scheme, and so on
• Execute the planned activities to enhance engagement in HSSE
• Organise and co-ordinate Company-wide HSSE training such as DSE, DDC, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Tripod, and so on
• Monitor Government Gazette weekly on new HSSE related Legislation
• Execute Trading and Supply HSSE matters

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Environmental Science, Health or Safety, or related disciplines
• With Certificate of competence Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessor course by OSHC is an advantage; Can be achieved through on-board training
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal)
• Outdoor work is required when necessary
