Job Summary: 

The Senior Network Architect is a pre-sales engineering role who will be responsible for technical and business requirements discovery, solution design/engineering/consulting, proposal preparation support and technical presentations to customers.  You will work closely with FSI and other Enterprise customers, understanding their unique requirements, and designing tailored IEPL (International Ethernet Private Line) solutions that meet their business needs.  Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, presales, engineering, product management, and project management, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of IEPL solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement and Consultation: Engage with FSI customers to understand their business objectives, network requirements, and challenges. Conduct in-depth analysis of their existing network infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide consultative advice and guidance on IEPL design and solution options.

• IEPL Solution Design: Design end-to-end IEPL solutions based on customer requirements, leveraging our network capabilities and services. Develop detailed network architecture diagrams, solution proposals, and pricing models. Ensure that the proposed IEPL solutions align with industry best practices and our service offerings.

• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities. Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. Address technical inquiries, provide accurate solution information, and assist in preparing proposals and bids. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

• Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of IEPL technologies, network protocols, and related solutions. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the FSI industry, particularly in areas related to IEPL. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers.

• Project Coordination: Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth project implementation. Collaborate on project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address any technical challenges or issues that arise during implementation.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with FSI customers, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for their IEPL requirements. Collaborate with our internal teams, including sales, operations, and support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery. Provide regular updates to customers on project progress and address any concerns or escalations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in solution consulting, network design, or architecture, preferably in the telecommunications or FSI industry.
• Strong expertise in IEPL solutions and related technologies, including Ethernet, IP, MPLS, and WAN connectivity.
• In-depth knowledge of FSI industry trends, regulations, and challenges related to network connectivity.
• Familiarity with network services is highly desirable.
• Must be a self-starter, with the ability to self-generate leads, quickly build a sales pipeline and convert this into sales and revenue.
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
