We are looking for a talent to:

• To achieve sales targets by managing property sales team and liaising with property agencies
• Evaluate and analyze the business landscape to generate high level of sales
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the Group’s customer base and ensure its strong presence 
• Encourage and support the establishment of a work environment that recognizes both individual and team accomplishments with open and effective communication
• Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders 
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and consultants to prepare sales documents including sales arrangement, tender, pricelists, ROT etc.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly
• Conduct market research and analysis 
• Assist to liaise and develop the sales system with IT department 
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, marketing, or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ experience preferably in sales of residential properties in property developers
• Knowledgeable in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
