Reporting to our Head of Counselling this vital role will build and maintain a portfolio of clients helping with applications to international universities and schools. You will be responsible for day to day communication with parents and students and ensuring that our high standards are maintained.

Job Responsibilities

• Guide and provide assistance to students and families, and advise them on a full range of international experience options for the students.
• Manage students' portfolios, build and maintain positive and professional client relationships throughout the whole application process
• Communicate and meet with schools/colleges representatives to follow up with students' application
• Engage, daily, with parents and students to ensure client expectations are met and that your cases are progressing.
• Cooperate with our teaching team, working particularly closely with our academy leadership to ensure students are prepared for entrance examinations and required tests.
• Assist in external seminars, participate in exhibitions and deliver presentations

Key Requirements

• Overseas university graduate (from USA, UK, Australia or Canada) is a must
• At least 1 year of relevant experience. 
• Good understanding of the overseas education system
• Sensitive towards students’ needs and able to build up good relationship with clients
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, Self-directed, responsible, service-oriented and hard-working
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Five day work week (Monday – Friday)
