Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking Technology Innovation Manager in their technology team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of in-house IT professionals to review various fintech solutions and prepare business cases to bring forward to business unit for fintech adoption, performed Proof of Concepts (PoC) of in-house built fintech solutions or solutions provided by external vendors
• Regular reporting to department head on latest Fintech and digital solutions in the market
• Manage communications with regulatory bodies (i.e. HKMA) on fintech related communications, including Fintech and Regtech strategies and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Preferable over 7 years’ working experience in IT covering the followings: 
• Experiences in technology research, study, innovation and exploitation is preferred, including 2+ years leading FinTech projects in banking

• Comprehensive knowledge of FinTech Technologies (cloud, AI, automation), digital transformation, and banking regulations
• Proficient in technology discovery, application and implementation; 
• Strong experience with track records in technical solution delivery;
• Ability to master new technologies quickly and evaluate their effectiveness;
• Presentable, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, independent with excellent decision making skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation;
• Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
