Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all ticketing production flow within Ocean Park Corporation from start to finish and ensuring all deadlines are met that the process is efficient with high quality. He/she has to develop and implement operation procedures for the ticketing procedures process and to identify areas for improvement to provide solutions. He/she will be the main point of contact with internal and external stakeholders on the overall ticket production flow and to enable tickets are produced to meet the specific needs of various promotions and campaigns for Ocean Park and Water World. In addition, you will manage the team with guidance, coaching and evaluations.

Requirement

- Degree holder in any disciplines
- With at least 8 years’ operational experience of which 4 years must be at supervisory level

- Solid knowledge of theme park operations, guest behavior and ticketing procedure

- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Responsible, accountable and customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese, and good command of Putonghua
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
