• Project initiation including scoping, costing, planning and feasibility for products, platform and app development
• Understand and analyze business needs, prepare business cases and recommend solutions
• Negotiate with vendors on technical issues and provide solution designs
• Source, plan and manage both internal resources and external partners/vendors 
• Monitor the project phases
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Enhance the project performance with business users and IT technicians

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder and above in Computer Science/ Engineering or related disciplines
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Strong sense at the latest digital solution practices and trends;
• Experience in software, system or IT Solution development and revamp, E-commerce systems implementation experience is an additional advantage 
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Good understanding of information and physical security standard, operational risks, Business continuity management
