What you’ll be doing?

• Take care of enquires and service upgrade requests from luxury/fashion clients
• Support Sales team as product expert in client meeting and quotation
• Work hand-in-hand with function teams in Hong Kong and China to deliver top-notch service
• Get familiar with luxury/fashion industries, collect strategic information and understand clients’ needs
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and provide constructive insights to product team for local expansion and new product development
• Conduct topic research on demand, aiming at boosting business growth

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' of B2B client servicing experience, familiarity with luxury/fashion industry is highly preferred
• Experience in using Wisers products will be a plus
• Accountable, proactive, great attention to details, well-organized and self-motivated
• Fast learner and enthusiastic team player with flexibility to prioritize tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment 
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
