Our Client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a C# RAD Developer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding front office team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in C# programming and is proficient in rapid application development (RAD). This role will play a key part in developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance trading applications using C# and other technologies
• Utilize RAD methodologies for accelerated software development
• Collaborate closely with business users, stakeholders, and other IT teams to gather and define requirements
• Design and develop high-performance, robust, and scalable software solutions
• Conduct robust unit testing and provide production support
• Debug and fix issues in existing systems
• Document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
• Follow best practices in software development, ensure compliance with the bank’s standards and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a RAD Developer, with knowledge of financial markets, and trading systems, preferably in the equity derivatives business 
• Proficient in SQL Server and developing database-driven applications
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• Experience with technologies like Python, and VBA will be a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
