Responsibilities:

• Responsible for samples/materials parcel postage & express deliveries.
• Administer merchandising documents files, samples & materials.
• Assist in coordinating customers, suppliers & factories on inspection and/or delivery schedules.
• Help to follow up merchandising work.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma holder.
• 2 years experience in merchandising/Shipping/Trading work field. 
• Good MS office skills and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin.
• Positive, well-organized, attentive to details.
