Duties:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels such as phone, email, mail, and face-to-face. 
• Process and confirm cargo bookings received through telephone, emails, etc.
• Maintain and update accurate cargo information in the company's system. 
• Handle and resolve customer service issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and communicate internally to ensure all cargo services are delivered effectively.
• Understand and communicate complex cargo booking and shipping information.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's services and tariffs to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customers’ service expectations. 

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain, or related discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• A strong team player who is self-motivated, energetic, and ambitious
• Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
