Responsibilities 

• Responsible for operation and maintenance of building management systems and building facilities
• Responsible for taking over of new building services systems with participation of testing and commissioning works
• Assist Engineer to supervise a technical team to ensure reliable technical service delivery for tenants
• Review and recommend environmental protection measures for the purpose of energy and cost saving
• Assist procurement of maintenance services and materials
• Ensure that all technical works can fulfil relevant statutory requirements

Requirements

• Holder of Diploma/Certificate in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2-year post-qualification experience in maintenance, operation and taking over of new commercial properties, monitoring and supervising testing and commissioning works in relation to construction, refurbishment and maintenance of high-end commercial properties
• With good organizing skill, and be able to work under pressure with tight timeline and multi-tasking capability
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
