Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and handle full spectrum of the management and daily operation of the Company’s property portfolios.
• Plan, manage and execute all office, commercial and residential leasing deals from inspection coordination, lease negotiation to documentation, budget preparation, property handover/take back, etc
• Formulate and implement effective leasing strategies and marketing campaigns to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue generation
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies on redevelopment, refurbishment and leasehold improvement works of the portfolio
• Conduct rental assessment, data analysis and compile regular reports on the performance of the leasing portfolio

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Property Management or Real Estate or related discipline
• Min. 5 year of working experience in property management, leasing and/or asset management 
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Well-organized, detail-minded, willing to learn, with good problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Good command of written & spoken Cantonese and English
• Those with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
