Responsibilities:

• Lead the ETL development team in ETL development on AWS Cloud solution (IICS & IDMC) for SunSurf module, and other ETL relevant workflows
• Conduct the solution design and architecture review, and ensure technical design meets business requirements
• Work with BSAs on the requirement review, discussion and clarification
• Conduct unit testing, work in continuous integration environments, and ensure code quality
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
• Coach developers and review technical deliverables
• Prepare technical related materials and development Standard, support SIT, UAT, etc.
• Lead developers to deliver system to meet business requirements
• Review developer's key deliverables
• Transform SSIS ETL package / into Informatica ETL package
• Develop exception handing and error control logic in ETL logic
• Tuning performance of slow / ineffective ETL process, SQL execution
• Develop & plan unit testing case according to the business requirement / logic developed
• Produce documentation - unit testing case, testing results, enhance development standard
• Work with teammates with different regions (HK, PH, India)
• Pro-active team player in deliver best quality and work effectively, and knowledge sharing
• Committed to project schedule for assigned work

Requirements:

• Solid experience in ETL development, especially using Informatica, IICS and IDMC on AWS
• Strong analytical skills to analyze existing ETL package using SSIS, and deep understanding in the ETL logic
• Solid experience in Linux / Unix shell scripting and scheduling tool like Control-M, Autosys
• Knowledge in database on AWS PostgreSQL / MSSQL / Oracle
• Project experience on AWS Cloud, and DevOps
• It's an advantage if possess experience in migration of ETL
• Strong team building and mentoring skills and excellent team leadership capability
• Good at troubleshooting & problem solving skills
• Excellent logical and analytical skills and excellent communication with good listening, presentation and interpersonal skills
