Main Duties & Responsibilities:
 

• Handle trade show related operational work
• Collect and consolidate exhibitor data for preparation of various exhibitor related tasks including online account creation, booth setup checklist, exhibitor email dispatch, exhibitor check-in arrangements, etc. Update exhibitor lists and reports; and circulate materials to respective team members or vendors regularly according to show schedule
• Coordinate and work closely with internal teams and external vendors for production of show materials and printed materials
• Assist in executing and coordinating on-site programs such as collecting product entries, tracking exhibits, providing information to exhibitors in joining the program, updating product lists, production of product cards, handling product logistics and on-site setup, managing temp staff and product reclaim. Coordinate with service vendors on program execution and monitor smooth operation.    
• Assist in event logistics and provide on-site support / management during the event
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Event Management, Business or related field with 2 years of working experience in exhibition or event industry 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Pleasant personality with excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills
• Multi-tasking, detail minded, self-motivated and willing to work with tight deadlines
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Immediate availability is preferred
