Job Duties:

• To provide more independent daily technical support on PC, Servers, LAN, Operating System & Office Software;
• Perform daily technical support on PC/Mac, related peripherals, MS Office 365, MDM software, VPN and other end user software;
• Perform 1st tier support on VM, Server and WiFi network and other network equipment;
• Assists to perform daily network and server monitoring tasks;
• Perform technical support to remote site offices of the Group's subsidiaries and 3rd party companies in a more independent manner;
• Assists to perform department administration functions.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Computer Science / IT related or above;
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in IT Support on Desktop, Notebook, Mac, Mobile Devices;
• High Proficiency in MS Windows, MS office including O365/M365;
• Sound knowledge in Active Directory, Azure, End-point security, MDM, VMware, LAN and Wi-Fi, etc.;
• Good team player, pro-active, self-motivated to look for solutions, independent;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
