Job Description

(Sr.) Customer Services Executive

Responsibilities
 

  • Work with cross functional teams to pursue customer service excellence
  • Respond to enquiries, requests and complaints from customers through inbound calls, email such as WhatsApp in a professional manner so as to align with the corporate image.
  • Prepare correspondence to the requests, complaints and enquiries from customers through emails or letters.
  • Assist in monitoring performance and productivity of the team in order to meet the service standards and KPIs.
  • Upgrade and maintain customer database and customer service related systems for high quality of customer service .
  • Handle internal enquiries and collaborate with internal departments
  • Prepare monthly customer service reports for management review
  • Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager/supervisor


Requirements
 

  • Higher diploma/ associate degree or above
  • At least 2 years experience in customer services
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge on MS Office applications and Chinese Input is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
