The job

Responsibilities:

•Handle legal claims of Employees' Compensation, Motor, Public liability insurance classes independently
•Negotiate with claimant’s solicitors direct to achieve pre-action settlement
•Prepare court documents
•Handle claims related enquiries and provide claims service to clients

Requirements:

•At least 2 years’ experience in handling legal claims (experience working in law firms are also welcomed）
•Bachelor’s degree
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good interpersonal skills
•Good spoken and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
