We are currently looking for a Manager, Portfolio to join our Portfolio Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Portfolio Management team is professional in leasing and management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and five-star hotels, and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value to make Pacific Place even more exceptional.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists with the leasing and day-to-day management of retail properties for Pacific Place
  • Foster customer relationships, interact with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent reviews
  • Responsible for the coordination of tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control and assisting with the oversight of the daily operation and maintenance of the properties within the portfolio

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate; Professionally qualified in General Practice Surveying (HKIS) or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experiences in leasing and property management, with international exposure would be an asset
  • Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
  • Builds strong teams through partnerships and works collaboratively; applies their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
  • Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service focus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin will be an advantage
