Job Description
Assistant Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts independently
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports including month end closing, cash flow, budgeting and year end closing
- Liaise with banks, customers, company’s other departments and overseas offices.
- Liaise with auditors and other external parties to ensure relevant statutory compliance
- Assist in other accounting related tasks and ad hoc assignment
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in auditing and accounting with at least 2-3 years of external audit experience
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail minded, high initiatives and able to work independently
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking under tight deadlines & adaptable to fast pace environment
- Proficiency PC skills in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
- Immediate available is preferred
- Location- Admiralty
- Salary – Negotiable
Full time employment with medical insurance, double pay and 5 day week.
