Job Description

Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts independently
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports including month end closing, cash flow, budgeting and year end closing
  • Liaise with banks, customers, company’s other departments and overseas offices.
  • Liaise with auditors and other external parties to ensure relevant statutory compliance
  • Assist in other accounting related tasks and ad hoc assignment

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in auditing and accounting with at least 2-3 years of external audit experience 
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Detail minded, high initiatives and able to work independently
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking under tight deadlines & adaptable to fast pace environment
  • Proficiency PC skills in MS Office (Excel and Power Point) 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
  • Immediate available is preferred 
  •          Location- Admiralty
  •          Salary – Negotiable

Full time employment with medical insurance, double pay and 5 day week.
