• Understand the manpower needs of the designated departments and districts
• Partner with the hiring managers and HRBP to attract and identify the right talent
• Drive the end-to-end resourcing processes from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard
• Support team members in other resourcing activities
• Keep abreast of the labour market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain competitiveness to candidates
• Assist the team in building and upholding the employer brand of the company and support in other assignments or projects

Do you have experience in HR? 

• University graduate with a degree preferably in HR or business management, or any other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of office position recruitment experience, preferably in retail and FMCG industry
• Multitasking and time management skills are required
• Ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
