Pay: HK$24,191 to HK$28,623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager, the incumbent will support several aspects of the following area:
1. Perform financial duties in variety of financial functions including one or more of the following: Budgeting, Costing, Financial Accounting, Financial Control & Operation, Financial Planning & Management, General Ledger and Payment, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Revenue Management and Shroff Operation, Resources Management, Capital Expenditure, Treasury Management and General Office Administration, etc.
2. Support daily operation including data extraction, verification and analysis, journal preparation, record and database maintenance and payment processing etc.
3. Handle the payment day-to-day operation including payment voucher handling, cheque payment, follow up outstanding issues with user departments, procurement department and suppliers, etc.
4. Communicate and liaise with procurement department, user departments and external parties to resolve operational issues.
5. Handle the payroll day-to-day operation and “Human Capital Management (HCM) System” related issues, including staff costs calculation, reimbursement checking and reconciliation reports etc.
6. Handle payroll administration including taxation, Employees’ Compensation etc.
7. Assist in financial analysis and compilation of management reports and presentation.
8. Assist in Month-end, Interim and Year-end Closing.
9. Assist in implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
10. Carry out and assist in office administration and general clerical duties, including filing, record and database management, office set up and maintenance, etc.
11. Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with
(a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
(i) Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. With 1 year or more experience in accounting work or financial services.
2. Proficiency in computer software including MS Office, MS Assess, and Chinese word processing.
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skill, organized and able to work independently.
5. Ethical, hardworking, self-motivated, pleasant and mature personality.
