Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager (or above) in daily financial operations, month-end closing and ad hoc project
• Compile monthly / quarterly P&L / B&S forecast, actual variance report and annual budget report,
• Costing analysis (including manufacturing costing, BOM & routing labor cost, scrap and factory processes, etc.)
• Check AP and verify payments to ascertain proper booking
• Support external and internal audits and participate in half-yearly stock take and fixed assets count

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years experiences in sizable company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Chinese word processing, experience in costing analysis and knowledge of Dynamic AX will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented & organized team player
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
