Job Description - Executive Assistant I (Clinical Psychology) (NTWC-S2407025)
Department / Cluster: Department of Clinical Psychology, New Territories West Cluster (NTWC)
Pay: HK$24,191 – HK$28,623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Coordinate services with different clinical departments for in- and out-patient Clinical Psychology services in TMH/ POH/ TSWH.
2.
Manage patient appointment booking, set quotas and assist to input OPAS codes for different programs/ services.
3.
Supporting the day-to-day administrative function, office management, meeting coordination, activity/ program planning and implementation.
4.
Handle phone calls and enquiries from wards and patients.
5.
Assist in executive and clerical support to various committees and projects.
6.
Assist in the preparation of meeting papers and presentation materials; perform data input and analysis, report compilation, literature search, documentation and record keeping.
7.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors (CPs, ASWOs).
Entry Requirements:
1.
University graduates with experience;
OR
2.
Completed F.5/ S.5 AND Diploma in specialized function with relevant experience AND with (a) or (b) below:
(a)
passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;
OR
(b)
5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
l Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
l Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;
Preferable Attributes/ Exposure:
1.
Work experience in coordinating services for patients with psychological problems.
2.
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal/ communication skills.
3.
Ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff and patients.
4.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
5.
Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
6.
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and word processing (both English and Chinese).
