Gu y Carpenter is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Hong Kong office:

Regional Strategy Execution Manager

We will count on you to:

• Assist the CEO and other executives to manage the Facultative business for Asia Pac region
• Manage and support sales pipeline and process administration
• Lead best sales practice and ensure consistence of global standard in the region 
• Support CEO to manage revenue and drive business growth
• Manage and monitor expenses for the business to ensure compliance of company policy and budget allocation
• Support senior leaders to do data analysis, market research and presentations to senior management
• Support senior brokers to coordinate with finance and CSS team to process slips and documents 
• Review and support best practice on workflow and process
• Provide support to events and projects
• Regional Projects to support growth of the business and technology advances
• Any other tasks as assigned by the senior management

What you need to have:

• University degree with finance degree
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
• 8+  years working experience in FP&A or sales planning 
• Strong in numbers and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and paying attention to details
• Strong capabilities to prioritise workload efficiently
• Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal skills, must be a good communicator
• Strong ability to work with colleagues effectively at all levels, must be a good team player
• Well-versed in Microsoft office software
