Job Description
Requirements:
- Secondary School level or above
- 1+ year relevant working experiences
- Fluent in Cantonese, fair in Mandarin and English
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Disciplined and punctual, well organized, self-motivated, with strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Non-Sales job
- Greet guests and handle gifts redemption at reception
- Maintain the showroom in good order
- Provide administrative support to sales teams
- Handle sales document and coordinate with other departments
- Take part in organizing sales conferences and events
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Work schedule:
- 5-day work per week on shift duty (Mon – Sat)
- Shift duty (subject to monthly roster arrangement):
Mon – Fri: 9:30-18:30 / 10:00-19:00,
Sat: Every other week 09:00-18:00 (will be compensated by weekday off)
