Job Description

To support the ecommerce growth for our retail client, we are currently recruiting a creative, passionate, detail-oriented Digital Designer for our Hong Kong office.  The successful candidate should have strong digital creative references in the retail design or agency field and strong experience in content creation. 

For outbound media:

1. Facebook Link Post/CPAS 
2. Google DV360, Smart Shopping Ads, SEM 
3. Programmatic Ads/TTD d. JAG

The successful candidate should also possess client management skill as this role will be working with client directly on daily basis. Strong organizational skills are also important as there will be a number of jobs and outputs on daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Create, adapt and deliver innovative design solutions for digital campaigns content covering in-bound and out-bound banners (statics/ GIF), product shot, campaign site, FB videos, FB static images etc…
• Work collaboratively and closely with client on daily basis to take brief and submit the output and meet deadlines
• Manage and track number of job, time spent, and output file per project and report showcase and summary on monthly basis 
• Continual professional development to keep up to date with new design trends and tools
• Be able to interpret client briefs and put them in to practice
• Support others once necessary 
• Complete tasks assigned by leaders on time

Key Requirements:

• Self-starter, proactive, cooperative, and dynamic with high agility
• At least 3 years related experience in designing e-commerce content.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and to communicate effectively.
• A portfolio of original creative showcasing high-caliber digital design work
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac (this includes Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Good understanding of design, layout, typography
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS as it relates to design.
• Experience with responsive design and execution
• Ability to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills
• High level of precision and great attention to detail such as matching crops precisely as well as calculating proper ratios will be beneficial.
• Experience in content creation for consumer goods brand 
• Exposure in working directly with client without account service team.
