Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and internal parties for project demonstration and project delivery.
- Handling customer’s inquires, advise and operation arrangement.
- Prepare and maintain records/logs of daily activities schedule
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- On-job training will be provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good command in Chinese and English.
- Knowledge or experience in Education, NGOs, Healthcare or IT industries is a plus.
- Immediately available is preferred.
