Your role

• Assist to oversee the daily operations and lead the team to exceed key performance measures in concierge service, in alignment with the company’s business direction;
• Provide support and guidance to the team members, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service
• Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Build up a trustworthy service to the customer
• Take initiatives to review service procedures, identify training needs and facilitate the roll-out process to ensure a smooth adaptation
• Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure the team operates in compliance with all internal and external regulations and guidelines

 
To succeed in this role

• Matriculated/ Diploma holder with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the customer service field, of which at least one year in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (Japanese is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving solving and decision-making skills
• Keen interest in lifestyle living & travelling
• Knowledge of mobile / travel products is an added advantage  
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; 
• Shift duty is required
